TSS shall not discriminate against individuals or organizations on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation or national or ethnic origin. TSS shall admit students of any race, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin and accord to them all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. TSS shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
